Welcome to the site of my fitness and yoga ventures where I document my journey and share my experiences. I am dedicated to a rigorous yoga and weight-resistance workout routine on a daily basis. I consume a plant-based diet and have come a long way in my understanding of mind-body interaction and how yoga enhances this process.

I started doing yoga in 2010, and have been athletic since my teenage years. My interest in yoga and meditation comes from a biological and spiritual perspective. In addition to lifting weights, I have found yoga to be exceptional because it targets the body, mind and spirit as a whole, bringing psychological and hormonal benefits that cultivate strength, flexibility, longevity, and peace of mind.

In addition I write articles on evidence-based nutrition on plant-based diets. Be inspired and learn the knowledge and wisdom you need to reach your fullest potential in whole body wellness.

I have an avid interest in plant-based nutrition as both an anti-aging measure and promoter of ideal health. There’s lots of bunk and confusion out there about vegans and whether they are getting enough nutrition. There are myths and facts that I desire to expose in this blog. Nothing is new under the sun, and although trends come and go the human body’s requirements for optimum health remain the same.
